Surveys for Home Buyers

Structural Building Condition Survey.

Get a thorough report on the condition of a building, including details of any contraventions in respect of legal obligations and a list of budget costs for repairs, with our Building Condition Survey.

Building condition surveys are generally carried out in order to gauge repairing liabilities pre-purchase. The survey can be used as a basis for identifying future maintenance requirements on a property, allowing the client to forecast financial budgets for future property repairs.

We carry out a full visual inspection of the property and report upon condition on an elemental basis. The survey will provide commentary upon the current condition of all building elements, identify specific repairs, or advise on further specialist investigation where necessary. We will also advise on any contraventions in respect of statutory obligations.

We will;

  1. Make all arrangements, contacting all parties involved, to set a convenient date to carry out your survey

  2. Ensure the survey is carried out in a professional manner in accordance with professional guidelines and to your specific requirements.

  3. Write a full report covering all areas and elements of the property.

  4. Provide estimated budgetary costs for any identified defects, or advisory items.

  5. Within 48 hours endeavour to issue your report to your device by email.

  6. Be available to answer questions.
